The plants and service is great.
I am struggling with keeping up with the garden so it is not a real great year for me but it is not a reflection on the plants or you
‘We have been so busy with hay etc that I have not pruned them or kept them tied up.
It looks like a jungle out there! LOL
Hi Carl - I've been happy with Grafted Growers and plan to order some plants much earlier next year. My success rate thus far is mixed, tho. I planted them in self watering containers and am seeing some of the bottom leaves brown off. But I'm also getting some good fruit growth. Any tips are welcome!!
I am responding regarding your request for information
concerning my spring 2021 grafted tomato purchase.
I am very
pleased, my order shipped in a timely manner,
arrived in great shape, and are presently in my garden
doing well. I am a home
gardener who has grown tomatos
in my vegetable garden for about 50 years,
but this is my first time to grow grafted plants.
wanted to try the grafted plants because of increasing
disease problems. I have planted my garden in the same
area this entire time
and do not have the flexability
of another location. My grafted tomatos have grown well,
set fruit well, and my disease issues are
minimal and manageable
. I have managed what disease issues that have occurred by pruning
and have not had to spray at all.
past years I had to spray copper sulfate weekly to manage my disease issues.
I certainly plan to be a customer next year.
We enjoyed once again working with our grafted seedlings provided by Grafted Growers. The crop grew beautifully, thanks to the quality of the transplants and variety provided as well as our team's including staff and students growing capabilities.
Looking forward to continue working with you and Grafted Growers for future research opportunities as well.
With best regards,. Murat Kacira
